Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Cancellations inside 2 days/48 hours prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and any applicable charges.
- There is no charge for cancellations outside of this period. Except any administration costs.
- A full charge is made for a no show.
Q. Do you offer courtesy transport to and from Gatwick airport?
A.We offer free courtesy transport to
Gatwick Airport only. We provide this service 24 hours a day. For your journey from Gatwick Airport
to Masslink Guest House we recommend a competitively priced local taxi firm.
Q. We have an early departure and will need to check out of Masslink
Guest House early. Do we still need to pay for breakfast?
A. No, many of our guests have early flights and choose to take
breakfast at the airport after they have checked in. We therefore can offer
a room only price.
Q. We need a Guest House close to Gatwick Airport but are concerned that we
won't get a good nights sleep due to aeroplane noise. How nosiy is it at
Masslink Guest House?
A. Although we are one of the closest Guest Houses to Gatwick Airport
we are not located under the flight path so you probably won't notice any
significant aircraft noise.
Q. At what time is breakfast available from?
A. An English breakfast is served between 7:15 am and 8:30 am Monday to Friday. A light breakfast
is available for early travellers and at weekends.
